A rare quality is the amount of communication between the client and the Countryland staff. We enjoy our time with our clients and try to make the building process a pleasurable experience. Clients are able to choose most colors and features on their home, and can add features that make their home unique. Countryland is also the selling Realtor. We have found that most clients want to discuss options directly with the builder. Few Realtors has the knowledge or expertise that most builders have. This causes delays for clients when custom features are wanted. Countryland can answer most questions in the initial meeting and can quote the price of the upgrade or feature on the spot.

Countryland Homes, Inc. is currently developing two sub-division in Greene Country Missouri. Hattiesburg Hills VII, a Springfield address, with all City Utilities, and Republic Schools. And Countryland Subdivision, a Springfield address with all City Utilities, and Willard Schools. Both subdivisions enjoy easy access to the entire Springfield area via James River Exp., Chestnut Exp., and Sunshine Ave. Our basic standard features already include many features that would be considered “up grades” for most homes in this price range.

Countryland Homes building projects are guided by Jim McKee, who is one of the most respected and successful Home Builder’s and Subdivision Developer’s in the Greene County area. Jim as been in the building business since 1962. Jim has participated in the construction of over 2,500 homes in California from 1962 to 1970. Jim moved to the area in 1970, and to date as built more than 900 homes in the Greene County area. Jim has set on the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Willard Missouri, and his advise and counsel is asked on many city business manners, and also from all walks of business, churches, and community organizations.
